The 2017 Conexpo trade show was hugely rewarding for Simex, whose role as one of the most important producers in the world of attachments for skid steer loaders and excavators is accompanied by its reputation as an innovator who continues to design, build and market its own products.
Simex took home a very positive result from
Conexpo, and the trade exhibition again proved to be the industry event of major importance for
North America. Prompting special interest was
the new RS 16 planer,
the first and only of its kind to perform three functions – rumble strips, road marking removal and pavement milling -- by adding or taking away components.
RS 16: immediate interest.
From the number of visitors to the stand checking out the
RS 16 and requesting information, it was clear that the machine had hit the mark, further demonstration of how Simex accurately anticipates the needs of users.
Giulia Cristofori, since last November the new marketing manager at Simex, commented: “The RS 16 was designed taking into account the demands of the North American market, which had been calling for a compact, productive attachment with flexible application such as the RS 16. Interest in the machine exceeded all expectations, particularly considering that this new model was introduced to the general public for the first time. But Conexpo gave satisfying results for the other exhibited products as well, and this shows how our determination to boost Simex’s presence on the U.S. and Canadian market is matched with a strong interest in our products”.
